The FCI System has an easy to use administration system which enables you to:
- Set up new users by allocating usernames and passwords
- Monitor the number of users allocated and the number remaining
- Order additional users, i.e. increase the number of users you are able to set up
- Monitor the user's performance on their Financial Competency Assessments (FCAs)
- Monitor the usage of the learning resources and books
- Monitor how much time is spent using the system by users
- Have access to all FCA scores and reports
- Have access to all user names and passwords, and have the ability to disable their use if required
- Use the email helpdesk
